If you require help with any technical questions, post them in the Forums and the guys will do their best to help you until I get back. Who am I kidding? They usually help everyone better than I can anyways. They're awesome.
If you have a question about customer service issues (courses, memberships, etc.) you can try using the AI Customer Service Bot. It's pretty knowledgeable with all of the Frequently Asked Questions. You can also try posting your question in the Customer Service Forum. The guys know pretty much everything about this kind of stuff too because they were all once students of mine. It's kinda one of the prerequisites to be a Moderator. This way I know they know their stuff.
Obviously, don't post personal/billing info in the Forums, so if you have an issue for me that requires my personal attention (accounts, billing, etc.) you can leave me a message via the Customer Service form. I'll do my best to log in at least once during the next week to check messages, time permitting. If not, I'll take care of you when I get back. If it's urgent, you can email me, although I can't promise a quick response.
I left plenty of TechHelp videos for you guys to watch while I'm gone, and there's leftovers in the fridge. Enjoy!
