OpenAI now has its very own Desktop App for ChatGPT. Not sure when It was released. I have only just discovered it. It comes with a companion window accessible with Alt + Space for quick access.
A while back I posted about an App but it was a clone. The is an official App. This link will take you to the OpenAI site. The App is downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
I haven't tried it yet. Any benefits over just using it in the browser?

I think it's pretty much the same. Loving the hotkey to open the app though. You can enter your question/query and there is a button to open the main app which is pretty cool. You can change the key combination to open it in the Settings.
