You can get a full-service web hosting account complete with SQL Server and a web server with WinHost for under $5/month. So even if it's just a hobby and something to play with, it's well worth it. I have a separate WinHost account just for teaching, for making videos, so I don't accidentally flash the password for my main domain which is on a dedicated server in one of my videos. I use that for playing around.

Those videos would be great to have them refreshed as some of the technology use in the old videos is no longer available.
