People have short attention spans. What can you do?

Likely the ones that are dropping out are not members and are more advanced viewers. The videos have gotten to the point that the viewers seem too basically become disengaged because it seems repetitive with the videos before the current..

Personally I only use your website which I am sure is harder (or impossible) to track views, I found you on youtube but never use it for viewing any or your videos so I am wondering if this true for allot of other members ?
Oh, I can definitely track views on my website for both logged-in members and non-members, but YouTube is where, like you, Chuck, most people find me. So if the viewership is dropping there, that indicates that the video isn't getting much interest. And with YouTube's algorithm, it's a double-edged sword because if a lot of people watch your video they promote it to even more people. But if a lot of people don't watch your video they stop promoting it to other people. So once in a while, at least once a week, I've got to do a video that gets views and attracts eyeballs.

I found you through YouTube because I wanted to learn correctly. At the time 2 maybe 3 others did their own videos and by comparison the presentation sucked. Peoples attention span are short. I know I've complained (at least in my head) get to the point already. Having said that I want to learn Recordsets and clones, but I want more than scratching the surface. Looking a tthe fitness series you are taking some of the same ideas and giving them real time value. I know eyeballs (views) are important butttttt ....

I wonder if you would reach more people listing it as "design and build a database from scratch", that happens to be a fitness and diet database. Most if the videos available seem to be oriented around how to do a specific thing. The value of this series is that you start with just a concept and move from there.

One of the things I hated in highchool was they didn't seem to use real world application for what was taught. Example: Resume (my school didn't even touch it), hit everything but. Reading contracts, credit history, and long list after. They gave parts, but didn't really show you how to use the tools. Education today is worse. Memorization skills isn't learning to think (at least to me). I learned about contracts/need of credit from a English instructor... what the ^%!!!!

I understand, it’s your business. You gotta do what you gotta do. Mix in other topics, it’s fine. Makes perfectly good sense to me. Even though there is a tear in my eye that I won’t get my fitness fix in everyday. Hahaha!!!!
