Click anywhere in your data.
On the Power Pivot tab click on Add to Data Model (repeat for all 4 of your sheets).
On the Status Bar of the Power Pivot window there are two buttons to the right. Click the Diagram button.
Now you can click and drag to create your relationships (similar to Access Relationships window).
