Hi Richard, I loved your Check Register Seminar and want to offer a suggestion for a possible enhancement. If the user entered the check number last we could check to see if the transaction is Debit or Credit. If it is a Credit we should hide the check number field so the user cannot enter a check number. It it is a Debit then we want to make sure the user enters the check number. Thanks
I like hiding the check number field if it's a credit. However, you may have debits that don't have check numbers (bank fees, for example) so I wouldn't force the user to enter something there. Thanks for the suggestions! I'll add that to a future version.
