I have a workbook with two spreadsheets.  I am trying to "lookup" a value in one spreadsheet from a particular column and get the value that is in column A of that spreadsheet to read to a particular cell in the other spreadsheet....i.e.  I want to look up "ADM" on sheet 2, col B1:B4 and if ADM appears, then I want the 3 letter code that is in column "A" of sheet 2 to read into A1 of sheet 1.

I have tried Vlookup, Hlookup, If, etc. but cannot get the result.  Thank you so very much for your help.
