I haven't quite caught up to that one yet but if you're using an email template, could you not build the signature into that template?

When i send an email from Outlook, it has my contact info which was created under Outlook File/Email/Signature.

But when i send an email from Access via outlook per Richard's Send Email tech help, there is no contact info...

You need to capture the signature in a variable first then concatenate to the body.

Similar to the following:

Dim Signature As String

Signature = myMail.Body

With myMail
    .To = "[email protected]"
    .Subject = "Type your email subject here"
    .Body = "Add body text here" & vbNewLine & Signature
    .Display
End With
