Continuous Calendar

I have watched your calendar video. I have been looking for a way to develop a calendar report where the left column will have the list of items like conference rooms in my table and the row has the days of the month they are either available or unavailable for the particular month. I have been using this in MS excel for many years but I need a way to do it in MS access. Please point me in the right direction.

A crosstab query in Access can produce this kind of output.  But your table would need to look like this:

Column headers: Staff, Date, Availability
Rows:
Room 225, Jan-14-2022, Available (assuming "x" means available)
Room 225, Jan-15-2022, Available
Room 225, Jan-16-2022, Available
Room 225, Jan-17-2022, Available
Room 225, Jan-18-2022, Available
Room 427, Jan-08-2022, Available
Room 427, Jan-09-2022, Available
Room 427, Jan-10-2022, Available
And so on.

In a table, you can only have column headings as shown above, not "row headings."  Only with a crosstab query can you create row headings like the ones in your picture (Room 225, Room 427, etc., each appearing only once).

If your table is set up that way, then you can make a crosstab query as shown in my example pictured below.  Note that in the query design screen, I specify "Row heading" for the field that will appear as row headers.

A crosstab query is uneditable, so it's fine for you create a report for.
