Hi Richard,
At the end of lesson one, the IsQuotationMacro has been deleted and replaced with VB code. The IsPaid checkbox and IsQuotationToggle button used to call the IsQuotationMacro. Is there another place where that I can't think of that could be calling it? I ask because after completing lesson one, when I test click on the "greyed out" Quotation button on a paid invoice, I get an error message: MicroSoft Access cannot find the object IsQuotationMacro. I can't find what could be calling for the IsQuotationMacro. I have closed the file, closed the program and reopened it. I deleted the VB code and  retyped it--trying to fix it. Read More...

Have you checked all events of the button for the macro?

Yeah - you might want to re-watch that lesson.
You are missing replacing one of the IsQuotation events.  Richard shows where that macro is called.

You should be getting more information, from the error itself, on where it is that you are generating that error.  It will indicate right where the code is failing.
Also, you just gave a good indication where to start looking.  Such as, "when I test click on the "greyed out" Quotation button on a paid invoice"  (the code in the Quotation button)
You need to trace through what is happening.  The "On Click" event would be a good place to start.

If you don't find it, take a screenshot of the error message and post it using the link in your original post (upper right corner)

Can you refresh my memory? It's been 2 years since I recorded that. Did I mention something in the video I said I would send out on request? If so, do you know the time index in the video, and what lesson it was from? You're obviously the first person to ask for it. LOL
