This is a really EXCELLENT seminar!
Richard takes you progressively, from simple sort and filter techniques all the way  to "semi-Google" style searches,  going through all the progressively  more complex intermediary possibilities. It is mind-blowing how "easy" he makes it feel. Step by step, taking you from non-threatening to totally challenging (at least for me because I'm pretty new with Access and no longer young either in mind or in body).
The seminar is beautifully broken up into "bite-size" lessons. Enough to stimulate and challenge but not so much as to overcome or confuse.
I also found all sorts of little tips and tricks I didn't notice in the official beginner courses when I took them.
I am seriously impressed.
