Reports Only Coming up in Form View
Tim Elbert

Several of my reports, not all, are coming up in form view rather than print preview.  Ihave them set to open up in print preview. Also, there is no option to open them in print preview.  This is a new thing so I must have done something.  They used to come up in print preview all the time.  In order to change them to design view I have to right click and then click on the 'design view' tab.  All the options in the menu are greyed out.

Hi Tim, if you use a button try this, just use your report name:   DoCmd.OpenReport "OrderAndPaymentR", acViewPreview

Tim

The first picture you posted is Print Preview.

I'm not sure what you're meaning when you say some 'Reports' are opening in 'Form' view.  Do you mean the Form opens instead of the report?  Or the Report Opens in Report View and not Print Preview?

Tim the picture that you uploaded shows a report in print preview. Are you saying that it's opening in report view?

Ok, I figured it out.  I set pop-up and modal to yes so it would not allow the print function to work.  I turned these off and now it works.
