Glad you're getting some use out of it, Sandra. I recently added this to my own task management database. I have major tasks with child tasks underneath them. For example, I have a big parent task called TechHelp video ideas, with all of my individual video ideas underneath it.

Searching through those ideas used to be a pain, especially when I knew I had written something but couldn't remember exactly where. I made a two-level query and applied this technique with a main form and subform, and it turned out fantastic. That's when I decided it needed to become a video.
