Missed 3 however I don't use cascade delete or Update.

Michael yeah, I never use Cascade Update myself either, because my parent records are almost always auto numbers, and those never change. Cascade Delete I'll use once in a while if the child table is something that really doesn't make sense existing without the parent (for example, order details). If the order disappears, there's no reason to keep the details around, but again, use wisely.
