Greg, it costs about $500 for a certificate to digitally sign your code - which is required for disabling those pesky warnings. You can create your own "unsigned" certificate for use on your own PC, but that doesn't do much good if you plan to distribute your database. So I suppose a $500 certificate is worth it if you make a significant amount of revenue from your project. If not, just explain to your customers that Microsoft is a real pain-in-the-behind when it comes to security.
