Cannot create a subform if set to continuos forms

I am sorry but I can't seem to be able to make this work.
Starting over:
1.- I have a database that is very similar to the examples in the beginner to expert courses.
it contains a CUSTOMERT, a CONTACTT, just like the one in the course.
What I want to do is to have a comprehensive way to do follow up.
The course establishes how to create a "mustcallback" list, I am OK up to this point, now, what I want is to be able to have the user see the mustcallbacks that are pending, then upon selecting one a subform would appear and allow user to input what happened with the "mustcallback" item, what was the result, what date was it taken care of, what is the next action, if it is in itself a "mustcallback". All this should go into the CONTACTT as well, the only thing is that I need to:
Uncheck the "mustcallback" status of the item that has been taken care of, then input the new contact info, and check if it is a mustcallback or not.
I need more concise instructions on how to do this, do I create 2 subforms, a MUSTCALLBACKF and a RESULTF or do I only create one and have to do some coding?, the main problem I am having is that if I create a second subform, I lose the CUSTOMERID, and when this happens the new contact is not linked to the old contact or the customer, then it is not added to the table.
please help.
Can I take photo, or send a code to you somewhere for you to review?

Reply from Alex Hedley:

To add a photo you'd need to upload it to G+ or Dropbox etc and share the link.
For code to review you could add it to a gist or pastebin or equivalent.

If you need to send your db for someone to look at you can use the TechHelp

If it's just another contact you could create a macro in a button on the Form, that creates a new record on the subform, sets the callback to true and you could have the default value of the CustomerID set to the current CustomerID (Forms!CustomerF!CustomerID)
