Import Password Protected PDFs

Hi. In order to keep track of personal and business expenses, I have to check multiple bank statements each month.  Two of them are easy, because I can pull the transaction data straight from the websites, but the others have crappy websites and don't give an option to download as excel or csv, only pdf. The pdfs are password protected with a specific number for each account.  I'm pretty sure that there is a way to import them and open them with vba, but it is beyond my current knowledge.  Right now, I have to manually open the pdfs, enter the password, select the text on the pdf and then paste it into word or excel so that I can edit it into the right format for my database.  It's a huge pain. Especially since I have 4 different accounts that have to be handled this way. I would appreciate any help that would make this process less cumbersome.

Sorry, Suzanne, but I don't think I can be of any help here. A few threads I've seen on Microsoft's site say that it's not possible. I know there is a library of code that comes with the FULL version of Acrobat, and you can use that to work with PDF files in VBA, but I don't have that. You could TRY opening it in Word with some automation and then converting that to a format that Access can read, but it's a long-shot... especially with the password protection.

Richard, I was afraid of that.  I will just have to set up the automation through power automate.  Thanks for everything you teach us.
