Open Form to a Specific Record

So I have this problem I've been trying to correct regarding opening a form to a specific record.  After watching the search videos, I've built a search page for finding equipment using any of three fields, in my case, the fields are Unit Number, Position, or Property Number.  (see photo of form in Form View)  The search form is a form with a sub-form in it that is based on a query.  The search portion of the form works perfectly. (see photo of form in Design View)  However, after the search is performed, I'd like to be able to open a record from the results.  I'd like it to work two ways, one, by double clicking on a record in the results window. (That works like I intend it to) And two, by clicking on a record in the results list and then hitting the "Open Equipment" button.  However, when you click the button, it always opens the first record of the results regardless of where the user clicks.  So, for example, if two results appear in the list and the user clicks on the second one and hits the Open Equipment button, it will open the first result, not the one they selected.  I've watched many videos regarding opening a specific record and followed the advice, but it still doesn't work.  I've attached the VBA Code for that button. I'm sure I'm missing something small, but can't for the life of me figure it out.  I'm guessing there's someway to tell Access to look at where the cursor is and not the first field of the continuous form.

I am assuming PropertyNumber is a number formatted like a hyperlink and NOT an actual hyperlink.
You will need the subform notation.

"PropertyNumber=" & Forms!ParentForm!Subform.Form!FieldName

Value From A Form

Hey Kevin, you are correct.  It's not a hyperlink, I just wanted a way to give the user a visual clue that they should click there.  And you're the man! I got it working, thank you so much!
