Hi - I'm 5 and stuck there with my own program. I got all the ideas with opening Forms with the Module etc. What I need is that I got this list (Query) of states that I can filter out with your CustomerUserSerarchList solution as a continuous form. I made permissions for staff but I need to let each staff in each field get different permissions to serve in different states too. Started the same way but when you got over 50 states, SalesRep as assess to some and some not when ServiceTec has none but Managers all etc. Hope you get what I'm trying to explain.

You'll have to set up a separate table to track which states each staff member has permissions to, then.

Hi, I got a separate table for this, all set. I got a problem with the permission part where I choose the state and as I choose the state I can not get that field into the criteria for the query I use to filter out in the CustomerUserSearchListQ. I would simultaneously filter out those who have permission (as your system does) and in what state info the one (who has the permission) can work.

I got it ... DLookup was the solution !!! Might ask later for some other version of this problem. Thx
