Batch Print PDF in a Folder
Jon Capps

I have been searching on the internet and in this forum and have not found a way to Print Existing PDF's in batch or single using Access. I figure one could select just one and print the existing PDF or could select the entire contents of the folder and print any of the Existing PDF's. I have to do this daily, I will export my invoices to a folder for printing at a later date, and the only way I can do this currently is to select them all and use the windows contextual menu and print.

I would also like to see suggestions on how to do this.

OK maybe I'm missing something but why not just print your invoices from your db?
I'm not understanding the logic behind printing to a PDF then trying to physically print the PDFs.

We process things in batches and remotely. The problem is if we print to both PDF(digital file) and then to printer (hard copy), the remote printing procedure is not verified because there no Human near the printer (printer jams, runs out of toner, buffer gets full, power outage). We then will not know if an invoice is missing until we audit our physical folders. My boss still likes to have hard copies of a lot of things.

This would just be writing a routine to DIR loop thru the PDF files in a folder, and execute whatever you need to execute to print the PDF, which I don't think you can do unless you have the full version of Acrobat.

Thank you for the suggestion, when I did a search on google for the solution I was asking for, it was a popular question, but not a good answer.
