Cannot Enter Value on One Side

Following Ricks Course I have built an order database and have the same setup with the add products button and enter manually. Working great. I am using Primary keys in all the tables i create.
However i have been stuck for a few weeks now trying to move to the next stage.
I would like to be able for a requistioner to assign themselves to the order and then they will assign Purchase order numbers to the Orderdetails.
I have set up a collectionT with OrderID (Fk) and RequistionerID (Fk) but cannot get the tables to update.

I have a Form with Subform linking the two by master and child ID  tried many combinations. I have also tried changing the forms record source from querys to tables and also switched the Main and subform around.
I can get the form to work if the CollectionID field property is set to  Indexed No duplicates in the OrderT  but then i cannot add more orders if there is already a order with no collectionID  if i change the field property to Duplicated ok i can nolonger use the form to add the collectionID
Cannot enter value on one side of outer join

Can anyone help me?

A bit difficult to tell exactly what you are trying to do from your table names but it sounds like to need a Many-to-Many relationship.
I'm thinking  you need a Junction table in there to tie the records together.

If you can post 1 or more pictures of your forms it would help us see what you are trying to do.  Put in a test record or black out sensitive data as needed.
