I am baffled as to why this is happening to my barcodes.
Can you please advise?
Thank you!

Part Number and Description switch places on label.

Check your data first.
Has to be something in either your table or query that is behind your label.
Access can only output the information you give it.

This kind of appears to me that you have a Cartesian product. Are you using more than one table in a query and you do not have a relationship link between the two tables?

I just followed Richard's video on barcodes the extended cut on how to do multiple labels with the form and table.

Notice how part number and description change places from record 6 to record 7 entering the information the same way: Part Number, Description and Bin.

Are you scanning the info in or typing it by hand?

Check the code behind your buttons. I'm betting you have reversed two fields in one button or another that is inserting the data into the table incorrectly.

Again, Access can only do what you are telling it to do.

Temporarily rem out your SetWarnings to see if you are getting error messages.

Try setting your SQL statement to a variable and then message box the SQL to determine if your string is correct.

Thank you!
I think I fixed it.
My SQL Code was not quite right.

Great - glad you solved it.

For the future:
For me personally, if I'm having issues, the first thing I do is disable the suppression of warnings and error messages.  The SetWarnings and On Error Resume Next.
Next liberal use of MsgBox to determine along the way what is happening.
