About how many is "mass"?

20 records, not really a mass however it's the same process. I can do this individually on each record however it would be more efficient sending in bulk.

Have you tried using a pdf conversion rather than word?  Are you using Outlook?  Richard has several free Tech Help videos on how to send an email with an attachment.  Conceptually I would try to incorporate that process with a Do While statement.  The Recordset would contain all of the email addresses.

With Me.Recordset
          .MoveFirst
             Do While Not .EOF
                 [YOUR EMAIL CODE HERE]
          .MoveNext
                Loop
End With

Hi Richard - i figured out i could set all the email addresses in the macro i created. Its a small group of 15 so this works out fine. i am at best a novice at access coding. I am retired and needed something to do to keep my skills up. Folks like yourself Kevin R have been a tremendous help. I have finished lesson 14 in my classes and will continue. Many thanks to all of you. :)

Great.  Glad you got it working.  Access is great because there are so many ways to get something done.  When you get more into VBA and become less dependent of macros I think you will be greatly enhance your capabilities.  I was very intimidated at first but quickly came to realize that it's not hard and I'm sure you'll pick it up quickly.  Richard has some great free videos to get you started.
