I have been developing databases in Access for over 20 years both in corporate and small business settings.  Computer Learning Zone is an excellent resource for continuing education, especially if you are a visual and kinesthetic learner.  The lessons broken into small segments, around 20 minutes or less each, which makes learning very manageable.
