Replacing Access 32bit with 64
William Kennedy

I've wasted a number of Office Pro 2019 Keys trying to move into 64bit Access.  I've worked with information from some Infor on web and from technicians chats.  Three efforts to no avail.  My PC is 64bit windows 10 system.  I've Uninstalled, rebooted, then install.  Did not do it.  Is it something about the Microsoft account?

Think we need a bit more info
Did you download the 64Bit installer?
Did you get it from your MS Account?

What happens when you install it?
Any error messages?

I just bought a new key that was 64bit.  It installed Ok no error but when I looked into it it still indicated 32bit.   I had 32bit before and uninstalled it and rebooted.  I used the MS Office download with the key.

Are you sure it was the 64bit version?
What's the file called?

If you go to any of the Office applications (Access, Word, Excel...) and choose File >> Account >> About button
What does that show you?

Uninstall your 32-bit version, go to www.office.com, sign in, click the "Install and More" button, a box will pop up and let you choose the 64-bit version.  See pictures below.
