schedules for clients

Hi I own a lawn service company. I'm in need of creating a schedule for my clients so I can set it weekly or bi-weekly for the year and be able to print out a schedule for each crew for that day. Is this possible in access.

The short answer is yes this could be done in Access.

I'm a 100% backer of what Richard does and teaches but I'd be remiss if I didn't ask:
The real question is this right for you?  My former business partner was in the business.  There is a lot more to it than you might think up front.  It would be easy and pretty straight forward if they were coming to you.  This isn't the case where you are going to them.  You would need to consider routing for instance.  It wouldn't make sense to go from this side of town to the other and back again because of how the clients are listed.
Then you are looking at scheduling not only a report for the client but scheduling employees, equipment, materials such as fertilizer, pest control and such. Etc, etc.

I see that you jumped right in at the middle of the courses.  Something that we don't recommend here.  Access isn't really a software you can do that with.  You really do need to go through A B C 1 2 3. in order.

If you are not willing to do that, or you don't have the time, you might be better off looking into posting in the Access Developer Network to find a consultant willing to take on your project.
The other thing I would consider is looking into one of the dozens of commercially available software packages out there for the lawn and service industries.

Eat the cookie one bite at a time... Take one step think it out I recall Richard did a set of videos showing how to set up tables and relations but can't recall the name.  Scott do you recall the videos?  I say Erik watch this and see if this is what you wish to get into.  Also keep in mind that Richard has been doing this for years and even to this date he is going in and tweaking up the database as he see needed.
