Hi Richard,

Is it possible to 1, make the Navigation bar at the bottom of a Form larger (In Height), 2. move it to the Top or on the Left or Right of the Form and 3. automatically put the cursor on the Search field within the Navigation bar?

Thx your trying is Awesome

I don't believe you have any control over the built in one, but you can make your own and turn that one off.

I know I covered this in a video but I can't find it right now... I'm not in the office tho, I'm on my phone. Try a search. Or maybe one of the guys will chime in...

It's nice to hear that there are still people who don't use their computers during the weekend, the better the weather, the more difficult it is to motivate you to continue working in access. the pressure from home family can sometimes be sky high.... :) to do nothing.... and or something else....

I found it: Command Buttons

See, it just took me sitting down at my computer. So much easier than on the phone. LOL. I've been self-employed since 1994, so I have never kept a "normal" schedule. In fact, I prefer working on the weekends because if the fiance and I want to do anything - like go out for dinner - it's better on a Monday or Tuesday because nobody else does!

As far as the weather goes, I live in SW Florida, so our "perfect" time of the year is winter when it's dry and "only" in the 70s (that's 20s for you guys). We're starting to get into our summer "rainy season" here which is 90s, humid, and hot... which I love (that's why I moved to Florida in the first place)... but it means you're either in the AC or the pool. :)

But yeah, I don't mind working on the weekends. I still take time off during the week... whenever I feel like it. I get in creative spurts where I'll do a bunch of work over 2 or 3 days... record a whole bunch of video... and then take a few days off to recharge. You may have noticed the videos that get queued up for members ahead of time. It'll go from 5 or 6 to nothing... then 5 or 6 more. That's because I love to work in bursts.

I'm like a dwarf... very dangerous over short distances.
