printing to two diffrent printers

Is it possible to print  the same report to two different printers with the same print
control. Like one to office and one to shipping at the same time in access?

Thanks Tony Roberts

Sure, with VBA you could just run the print command twice inside the same button. You'd have to set the printers with VBA as well.

Without going in and testing/making myself, here's an example from GPT. Should get you started at least

Code
Sub PrintToTwoPrinters()

    Dim rpt As Report
    Dim prt1 As Printer
    Dim prt2 As Printer

' Replace these with the actual names of your printers
    Const strPrinterName1 As String = "Printer1"
    Const strPrinterName2 As String = "Printer2"

    On Error Resume Next
' Attempt to set the first printer
    Set prt1 = Application.Printers(strPrinterName1)
' Attempt to set the second printer
    Set prt2 = Application.Printers(strPrinterName2)
    On Error GoTo 0

If Not prt1 Is Nothing And Not prt2 Is Nothing Then
' Print to the first printer
        Set Application.Printer = prt1
        DoCmd.OpenReport "YourReportName", acViewNormal

' Print to the second printer
        Set Application.Printer = prt2
        DoCmd.OpenReport "YourReportName", acViewNormal

Debug.Print "Reports sent to both printers."
    Else
' Handle the case where one or both printers were not found
        If prt1 Is Nothing Then
            MsgBox "Printer '" & strPrinterName1 & "' not found!", vbExclamation
        End If
        If prt2 Is Nothing Then
            MsgBox "Printer '" & strPrinterName2 & "' not found!", vbExclamation
        End If
    End If

End Sub
