Contact History Settings

Hi Richard - what settings were used in the Contact History Subform inside the Customer with Contacts form that autogenerates a new line below the record currently being entered?   New line appears to be generated as soon as a character is entered into the record.

That is a blank new record.

Thanks Kevin - in Richard's example the new blank record appears when the first character is typed into the current record.  It doesn't do that in my subform, I have to select a new record from the control at the bottom of the subform window.    Is there a property setting I need to enable so that it functions like the Contact History example?

Have you changed the Default View of the Subform from Single Form to Continuous Form?

Please advise on what changes need to be made to my subform to provide the same functionality in Richard's subform which is:
1. Prior note entries are stacked above the current note.
2. As soon as the 1st character appears in the current record, a new date/time stamped blank record appears below it.   I have to select the new record field at the bottom of the subform to get a new record field to populate.
