Complete Access Series By Richard Rost
Membership ProgramsLet me start out by saying that I have a couple of amazing membership programs. The first is for beginners. You start at the beginner levels and get one new class each week (or more, if you like) at a 50% discount. It's called the Learning Connection, and it's very popular. If you're a little more advanced, I also have an "all-you-can-eat" membership program where you can pay one price to have everything at that skill level (Beginner, Expert, Advanced, Developer) for an entire year. That's called MYOLP (My Online Learning Partner - don't ask). I do strongly recommend, however, that you don't skip levels. Even if you've been using Access for a while, I have a very unique way of teaching, and I recommend you start from Beginner Level 1 and work your way up. Discounted PackagesWith that being said, if you'd rather just purchase the lessons outright and not join a membership program, that's fine too. I don't offer "packages" or "bundles" of lessons. I used to, years ago. However so many people would email me saying that they already bought Level 1, and they'd like the bundle minus that. It became a pain. So what I did was to program my shopping cart to give you an automatic quantity discount based on the number of lessons you purchase. The more you buy, the more you save, up to 50% off. Buying my entire series of Access classes means different things depending on what you're interested in. As of July 2025, I currently have:
So, in order for me to give you a price, I need to know exactly what you're interested in. You can use the Order Form to price out exactly what you're looking for. If you purchase all of the Access lessons that are currently available using the Order Form, the cost is around $3664. However, the web site will give you an automatic quantity discount of 50% off if you order all of these courses at once, which will bring your total down to around $1832. If this is out of your immediate budget, I do have the Learning Connection membership available which gives you the 50% discount and you only have to take one lesson per week (or at whatever speed you want, with a minimum of one class per month). For an even bigger discount, you could join as an MYOLP Developer member which is $1,299 per year. This gives you access to the entire library during your membership. If you focus and stay dedicated during the year, you can get through a ton of material for a much lower cost. You've got several hundred hours of videos to watch in a year - so no slacking. After the first year, if you decide to continue, you can switch to monthly billing at the same rate. Finally, if you'd prefer to stretch things out, you can become a TechHelp Silver member for $5.99 a month (or $56.99 for the year). With that, you get a free beginner course each month. When you finish all the beginner lessons, you can move up to Gold at $9.99/mo and start unlocking expert-level courses for free each month. Then finally Platinum at $29.99/mo for the Advanced/Developer lessons. It takes a lot longer this way, but it spreads the investment over several years. Keep in mind that this is a lot of training... hundreds of hours of video training covering everything from the basics up through developer-level programming. You can build great databases only having taken my Beginner & Expert courses, but if you decide to add the Developer-level programming courses, you'll be building professional-quality databases by the time you're done. Yes, I know that this can seem like a lot of money, but keep in mind that you're not going to find any other video tutorials online that are going to cover this much material, as in-depth as I do (with VBA programming too) for anywhere near this price. You're getting quality lessons. I challenge you to find a series of Access video tutorials that are as comprehensive (or as fun!) as mine. Many people have said they prefer my courses over classes they took in college! I've spent over a decade building these courses, and as far as I know, it's the most comprehensive Access course out there. I don't think you'll find a more detailed, step-by-step walk through every stage of Access anywhere else. But don't even try to compare my courses with classroom training. You won't find any place to give you this much quality programmer-level classroom training for close to this price. My training breaks down to less than $10 per hour, which is a LOT less than you would spend for classroom-based training, and you're learning from a Microsoft MVP and a published author. You can order here: Order Now You can find complete course outlines of exactly what's covered here: Course Outline If you have any questions about exactly what's covered in which classes, please feel free to contact me. I know there is a lot of material in those classes! I do have discounts available for non-profit, education, and military. My lessons are sold on a per-user basis, but I do offer volume discounts for companies or other organizations looking to train multiple people. Contact me with your specific needs. One final thing... while technical support with your specific problems or issues is not guaranteed, we do have an awesome Microsoft Access Forum here on my website. I've got an amazing group of six volunteer Access experts who do a wonderful job of helping the students out. Like I said, support isn't guaranteed, but there really is no better place on the web to get help with Access.
