Access 2010 Level 1 Almost Done
By Richard Rost   Richard Rost on Twitter Richard Rost on LinkedIn Email Richard Rost   10 years ago

I've finished about 50 minutes of video. This class is probably going to run about 90 minutes long - just like the original Access 101 class. I hope to finish it tomorrow, but it could be Thursday or Friday before it's released.

Since this is the ABSOLUTE beginner course in the series it has to be PERFECT... because it's usually the class people get first and I need to leave a good impression so they come back for more. :)

Honestly, I prefer making advanced lessons... these beginner lessons kill me because I have to keep going back to re-record things that aren't JUST right.

I use access 2003, and made couple of systems but I don't know how to use SQL, I watched a video on youtube about append query made by your expert and I liked the idea

That's because you're a PRO Rick. Amateurs would say "It's good enough."

Reply from Richard Rost:

Thanks, Phil. I do admit sometimes taking a "good enough" approach with my advanced students... because I know they'll "get it." But with beginners, I want to leave no possible chance that they won't understand something. I'm covering at LEAST everything that was taught in the original Access 101 PLUS going over most of the relevant questions that students have posted in the Forums regarding each class over the last 8 or 9 years... so it should even be entertaining for those of you who have graduated to the advanced lessons.
