Access 2019 for Beginners
By Richard Rost   Richard Rost on LinkedIn Email Richard Rost   4 years ago

A lot of people have been asking me over the past few YEARS if I had a slimmed down version of my Access Beginner Level 1 course. Most people have said they loved it, BUT it's too long for someone who has any kind of Access experience under their belt. I tried to make that course for the person with absolutely NO Access experience, so I take plenty of time to go over all of the concepts in detail. However, if you've used Access for a short while and just want the basics covered quickly, it's a lot to watch.

So, I put together this video. It's only about 30 minutes long, and it covers everything you need to know to get up and running with Access as quickly as possible. I also needed to get "back to work" after my eye surgery and recovery, so this was my way of doing something light, informal, and fun to get back in the groove. I enjoyed recording it, and I hope you like watching it.

Plus, a lot of people have been asking me when I'm going to start producing videos in HD. I recorded this in 720p, so it's bigger than my previous videos. When I started this business back in 2004, online videos were a lot smaller. High speed Internet wasn't that prevalent yet, and smaller videos kept download times shorter. Plus people could watch my video along side Access on the same screen. Well, now screens are larger and everyone has high-speed Internet, so I've joined the 21st Century with HD videos. Huzzah.

Please feel free to share with your friends and colleagues. Anyone who is curious about what Access is and how to get started with it will benefit.

When you're finished with this, if you do want to watch the FULL 3-hour long you can watch Access Beginner Level 1 course then you can do so HERE, for free. If you want to move on to Level 2 you can purchase it for just $1.00 here.
