I'm finished with all of the videos for the Access Payables Seminar. It's a long one (over 10 hours) and should keep all of you Access students busy for quite some time. You can get a sneak peak at it here:
- Access Payables Seminar First Look
This seminar covers paying bills. It's designed for a small to mid-sized business or home user. You can track payees (vendors), bills and invoices (including recurring bills), payments on those bills, and more.
You can cut and print checks right from the database, and generate all kinds of different reports including an aged accounts payable report, expenses between dates, and a pie chart showing expenses by category.
There's lots more, and I'll post a full outline shortly. I just have to finish editing the "bookend" videos (intro, review, etc.) and put everything up on the web site. Since so many of my wonderful Access students have been bugging me for more lessons, I wanted to whet your appetite early. Here you go! :)
Update 11/9: You can also watch a video containing a complete walk-thru of the database that's built in this seminar.
Update 11/10: The Payables Seminar is now available for purchase. I'm uploading the videos to the Theater now.
