They are system tables that are automatically created and used by Microsoft Access for internal purposes. These tables store metadata about the database, like information about objects (tables, queries, etc.), relationships, security, and other system-level data.

You don't want to get rid of them. That could cause all kinds of issues. Instead just hide them.

Go to File > Options: In the top menu, click on "File" and then select "Options."
In the Access Options window, select the "Current Database" category.
In the "Navigation Options" section, there's an option called "Show System Objects." Uncheck this box.
After unchecking it, click "OK" to save your settings.
