Hi I want to create a list of 70 unique areas to be divided among seven people. Can I make a Table with 70 items and give 10 specific items per person. Or do I have to create 7 tables where each person gets one? Is that possible and what is needed? Thanks in advance and thanks for being there. Kjell Sweden

It sounds like you just need one table with all your items. But depending on how you want to assign them you might need to use a joining table, first thing to do is to figure out if this is just going to be a one to one relationship.

Hello and thank you for your answer.
Sorry but I explained my problem a little wrong.
I have 7 regions that have 10 areas each. When you click on a combo button and select region, the region's 10 areas should be displayed in another combo button. And there you can select an area. So I have 70 areas in a Table and 7 regions in a table. First you select region then area. I haven't worked with Access since the beginning of 2000 so I'm a bit rusty, sorry for that. So thanks again for your help and for giving me the inspiration to start over with Access.
