Report Problem
Colin Smyth

I have a query as per image. When I simply run the query it gives the desired result as shown. I then used the query to make a report and when I run the report, the months are now all over the place. Any suggestions as to what is the problem and how to fix it.

Add a sort directly to the Report based on the Month (this should sort them 1-12).

Grouping

Hi Kevin. Not sure where or how to do this. I tried using the group and sort on the top of the menu but that didn't do anything. Is there somewhere else I should be looking

re Colin Smyth Report Problem
Colin I had the same problem a couple of times.
1. Creating an excel worksheet from a table
2. Printing a report ( same as your problem)
I isolated the problem down to either memory capacity or disk capacity

You need to show the Month Number in your Query to be able to sort by that field directly in the Report.
If you uncheck the Show box in your Query that field won't show in your Report.
