Finding Records That Do Not Match or Have No Entry

Hi. I have a membership database that records membership payments for a specific year. It's new so we only have 2024 and 2025 at this moment in time. The member info is recorded in table 1 and the payment info in Table 2.
All I want to do is find members from Table 1 that do not have a payment record for 2025 in table 2.
This sounds so simple but I'm struggling to work out the query criteria to get the list of matching records.
Any pointers please.

The easiest way is to use the Query Wizard and make a "Find Unmatched Query" Then just add a date criteria if you need it for the 2025 year. (If your customers have entries in there, just for the 2024 year, and you want to see 2025, you will have to make a query first to limit the records returned to only 2025, and then do the Find Unmatched Query on that limited query.)

Thanks - I'll see if i can get this to work but the "Find Unmatched Query" seems reluctant to come up with the results.

1. Create new query with table A and Table B 2. Join the two tables. 3. Double click on Join Line. 4. In the dialog box, Select Option 2 5. Pull done the Pkey field in Table A and related field in Table b 6. Sort by the table B field ascending and they should be null and then you will know all members that have not made a payment.
