What do you mean merge two forms? Do you mean share the data that you are both entering? If so, you need to split it.

@Richard, if you mean merge the two tables, and you're using two different databases, not the same .accdb file, then a copy and Home > Paste > Paste Append should work.

@ Richard I'm just curious, if the company is a LLC, C or S corp, with multiple owners, how are you handling that?

In your case you would build an Entity record for each business and each owner. Then you would create a many-to-many relationship for each business <> owner. You could create a many-to-many form. In this case, I think it's easier to create a relationship for each business in the Entity form record for that business. You could do that with a sub form (as Richard does with contacts in his template) or a "related" form like I show in the video.
