In "On Click" Event. put this line of code at the end.

ButtonNameBtn.Visible = False

You can add ButtonName.Visible = False to the Click event of the button, but, you can't hide a control that has the focus, so before you make the Button not visible move the focus to another control on the form - OtherControlName.SetFocus.

Is this a Button that can only be clicked once?
Will you ever need to show the Button again?

More context would help us advise you better.

Sorry, not enough detail. It is a "timeInBtn" and "timeOutBtn". So for one record when the time in button is clicked it will not be visible or change color so it is not able to be clicked again. the same with the time out button.

Richard shows something similar in Employee Time Clock

So the timeInBtn.visible = false works however, it makes the  button not visible for all records in my continuous form, even a new record.
