Bring the Values of Different Columns in One Row
Bujard Philippe

Hi There,

The situation:
I chose a Customer, a bike part in a Combo box from an other Table (ProductID), set a date in a third Field and the ID_BikeParts is generated Automatically, so I’ve got 4 Values in one Row.
ID_BikeParts =123; CustomerID=5; Date =2024-03-12; ProductID=45 (From other Table trough ComboBox).
I made a Query, where I put every ProductID (Light; Chain, Tires…) in a column and is populated with the corresponding Date. The Rows are the CustomerID.
I used the expression Light: When(ProductID =1;[Date]).
The Result: The Query shows now a Row for every matching, spread all over the Table, this means I have 10 Rows for the same Customer und just one Value for Each Row.
Is there a way to group all the Dates in one Row so that Customer=1  has a date in the corresponding Column for the Light, a date for the Wheels, the tires,…
Thank you very much for your help.

Thanks Sami,
I needed a field where, with a double Click I would be able to see the Product.
I managed to do it with a cross table, not very elegant as I had to put a fake Customer to show all the Positions and than with a following Query hide this fake Customer. But works.
I thank you very much for your help and for curiosity, I'll try to do it also with a string as you mentioned.
