Use an If Then

If InActive Then
   ' show inactive records
Else
   ' show all records
End If

Or, if you need three options use a Triple State check box.

If InActive Then
   ' show inactive records
ElseIf Not InActive Then
   ' show active records
Else
   ' show all records
End If

Thanks Kevin.  I didnt know about the Triple State check box, and my dilemna was how do I display all records when there is only 2 values Yes or No.  I listened to the Triple State check box video, and used it in my query/form.  Works beautifully. Thank you very much.
