Thanks, i learned a little more. i am thinking another question. If there are many tables i need to fill the value in their fields. Can i make only one form which includes all fields in all my tables, then when i fill the fields of the form the values will be stored into the fields in multiple tables correspondingly?

Each form should be based on a single table or query. YES it's possible to reuse forms by changing some of their properties, but that's a lot more advanced. I cover it in my Developer (300+) classes.
