Hi Richard, can you help me with this: I have a list of client who have limited times I can see them, e.g., John gets 2 sessions, Mark gets 5 sessions, etc. I have a client form but I don't know how to keep track of the number of sessions any client has received. When a client has reached the authorized number of sessions, I'd like a pop-up message stating client has reached authorized number of sessions. Any help you give is appreciated.

Well, there are a million ways to handle this. You could just make something simple like one field that tracks their sessions remaining. If you want to track each session's data separately, then you could set up a 2nd related table and a form/subform setup. A popup message would involve some programming, but you could use some conditional formatting to just have the field show up red.
