I have an ISPAID on the ticket Table.
I like the idea of entering all of the data on the Main form and then selecting the ones that are to be paid.  Then reconcile with the totals that Richard suggested.
Just thinking...because there could be hundreds of tickets early in the season...I could create a field on the subform to sort only the records selected (not sure I have the ability to program, but I will give it a try).

Is it possible? Absolutely. Go through the SEARCH SEMINAR. You're an MYOLP member so you have access to it. All the techniques you need are in that seminar.
