I maintain a SharePoint site to keep certain information and documents that I don't want my general staff to have access to.  On my site I created a SharePoint List & Form and I want to share it with users on a Teams Channel that is not linked to my SP site. Unfortunately, it looks like sharing a SP list on my restricted site to a Teams channel not connected to my SP site is not possible.

My main concern is that I don't want Form users to have access to the SharePoint list data. I am thinking of creating an SQL server to hold the information, but I am not sure if Teams will support a front-end SQL form. It seems my other option is to forgo using Teams for this and build an MS Access application that would live on everyone's desktops. Any ideas what my best option is? Any ideas?
