Labels Not Show up in PDF Exports

I have a report that I need to export to PDF, when I do the data shows up but none of the labels do I have tried everything I can think to do as well as well as what I can find searching the net. Anyone have any Ideas that can help.

Please explain more thoroughly. What do you see for data? Where? Tell us exactly how you are doing things.  John

Before exporting, check the "Page Setup" tab in print preview. Make sure the "Print Data Only" checkbox is not checked. I've had this problem before.
