Shelter Management Template

Ive been wanting to do this for years to help us manage our records more effectively and make them speak to the public ore efficiently when they need input.

The datase is designed with the intension to use on a network of computers with access to a sharepoint site back end as im linking some acivity in a separate front end for task manager that speaks to Teams group planners.

The primary table is animals ans all animals which enter the system go on the on table with statuses decidding wehter they show in a particular view or other queries. A query identifies applicants that match animals in the system that are available and provides an easy means to navigate to the application and move on to the adotion process once contact is made and interest confrmed. If the review process ultimately is successful the staff mark the process as approved, it goes to the mangers task list to conform the approval and then the button to finalise the adoption agreement becomes active.
Surrenders chech through anial records and adoptions to idetify returns automatically and update required fields as needed. Ive added some titbits for our outreach team to record our Foodbank ration client quota and comms to generate AI assisted letters and query GDPR compliant contact lists.
