Okay, visualize an evaluation form that would tally the feedback responses from participants, with that being said.  The form that I am looking to add a caculation within is set up like this:

Number of Evalutions: 16

Now there are 15 questions that are going vertical on the page with four different responses catergories horizontially acrosss (headers), like this:

Definitely, Yes
Yes, for the Most Part
Fell short of Expectations   Defninitely, No

From the 16 evaluations received, the calculation need to perform a tally of how many responses received a definitely yes, for the most part, fell short, and definitely no.

Is there anyway that I could possibly email you the form that I have created so that you could see what I am talking about?

Sounds to me like you need to set up a simple calculation in a form or report footer. Something like: =COUNT(FieldName)

See if this tutorial helps you: Form Footer Totals. You would just use COUNT instead of SUM.
