Consecutive Days Onsite

How can I calculate consecutive days on site?  The data looks like this:

TimeClockID (primary key); BadgeID (foreign key); TimeIn (Date/Time); TimeOut (Date/Time);

I have to watch for people clocking in for more than 13 days.  Probably should set it to 12 to stay on top of it.

Thank you.

There are a couple of ways you could go about this. I think the easiest way would be a VBA loop. Enter a start date and end date, loop from start to end and count the number of days for the employee in the loop. Are you comfortable with that? This would make a good TechHelp video. If not I could try to come up with a non-VBA solution.

Let me check out the VBA Loop series and get back with you.  Currently, I can only do VBA with a video.  Thank you.

Is this something you're looking to do just for one employee, or do you want to check a bunch of them?

It's for many contractors, about 150 total, but not all at the same time.  Everyone is required to take a fatigue day on day 14.  So, on day 12 or 13, I need a heads up so I can contact the appropriate people.  I think day 12 is best just in case the DB Admin is fatiguing on day 13, understand?

Can it be done using the running total and tell it to reset when it finds a 2?
