Data Error in PDF Report

I have an Access Report that is published to PDF. The issue is data in report view and layout view is different from print preview & the published PDF report. Report View and Layout View is same and is correct. Print Preview and Published PDF report is the same - data is wrong. Only one piece of data is wrong "No of Employees Paid". This is in the report header section. I hope someone can help on this - I am stumped.

I think I know what's causing it. The "No of Employees Paid" field is referring to a total in the Report Footer. I would like to show all the totals in the Report Header. In Print Preview and Published PDF report, its showing 1 because the Totals have not been calculated yet in the Report Footer. Strange that it would correct in Layout and Report View and not in the Published PDF report. The other totals in the Report Header are fields in the detail lines. Is there any way to get round this?
